eHaus Pacific Performance

The eHaus Pacific standard delivers reliable comfort with a higher energy usage allowance of up to 50kWh per m² a year. It comes with a performance verification certified by eHaus.

eHaus Euro Performance

In an eHaus Euro, you’ll enjoy comfortable temperatures in every room, all year round, and ultra-low energy use (as little as 15kWh per m² for an entire year). An eHaus Euro is not Passive House Certified.

Building a certified Passive House means that your home has been designed, built and tested to meet the rigorous standards set by the International Passive House Institute.
